Focar stole Queen Zebah's wand without her notice again while she was sleeping.
"Okay," said Focar, "what kind of monster shall we create?"
No one said anything because they did not want to be in trouble with Queen Zebah.
"Nothing?" asked Focar, "then I will handle this myself!"
Focar aimed at a trash can and made it into a monster called Garbage. Immediately, he sent him down to Angel Grove.
"Finally, I feel respected!" said Focar, "no more yessirs for me!"
Garbage opened his lid and sucked in citizens of Angel Grove. The Power Rangers were alerted on their big screen. They morphed and went down immediately.
"Time to stop!" said Jim.
"Not yet," said Garbage.
Garbage opened his lid and sucked in everyone except for Jim.
"One lone ranger," said Garbage, "looks like evil has won for good!"
"Think! Think! Think!" said Jim.
Garbage opened his lid that was set for Jim, but Jim used his solar wind and blew Garbage over and his lid went flying. All of the citizens that were captured, including the other four rangers, were set free. The rangers readied the X-Blaster and knocked him unconcious. However, Focar used Queen Zebah's wand to heal Garbage and make him grow.
The rangers called the Emergency Zords and formed the Emergency Megazord. Garbage started to open his lid but then the rangers fired a sonic blaster and Garbage fell over and his lid again went flying. The Emergency Megazord powered up its sword and stabbed him while he was down. Garbage exploded around the sword. AFter Garbage was gone, everyone was set free.
"These guys can get dangerous," said Duane.
"But we can handle it, right?" asked Alex.
"Exactly!" said Duane.
The rangers went to the base and retired the zords. Queen Zebah found that Focar stole her wand. Queen Zebah chased Focar and Focar hid until she came down and at that point, he would give her the wand and accept his punishment.
