A family was headed to an Angel Grove Park. Everything was fine. They unloaded the cargo and was having fun. Devo was watching. He noticed that their little boy was swatting at flies.
"So," said Devo, "the humans hate flies, eh?"
Devo went back to Colice.
"Hey, boss," said Devo, "the humans hate mosquitoes!"
"So," said King Zorrid, "what are you telling me?"
"We could make a mosquito monster," said Devo, "that will drive them batty!"
"I love it!" said King Zorrid, "let's do it! Focar!"
"Right away, sir!" said Focar.
Focar made a big mosquito monster named Mosquito. Focar sent it to Earth. The citizens reacted in fear when they saw Mosquito shooting little flies at the public. Meanwhile, Billy upgraded their powers.
"Rangers, I have upgraded your powers. Alex, you have the power to freeze. Duane, you have the power to shoot lasers. Jim, you have the power to fly. Farah, you have the ability to use sonic powers. And finally, Anna, you have the powers of super strength," said Billy.
Suddenly, the alarm sounded at the newly, rebuilt Command Center. They saw Mosquito harassing the citizens.
"We need to go!" said Farah.
They morphed and went to the scene.
"That's far enough!" said Farah.
"No, it's not," said the mosquito, "see!"
Mosquito encompassed them with little flies. They had trouble concentrating and the fly shot lasers at them at the same time.
"Somebody, do something!" said Farah.
"Leave it to me," said Alex.
Alex froze the areas where the big and little flies were. The little flies dropped to the bottom and the bigger fly was shivering.
"How could you be so cruel?" asked the bigger fly.
"Cruel?" asked Alex, "do you want to see cruel? Ready the X-Blaster!"
They blasted the bigger fly with the X-Blaster. The bigger fly fell down and was incapacitated. However, King Zorrid healed them and made it grow.
"Flies can't take the rain," said Anna, "call E-5 and let's be done with it!"
"Sounds good to me," said Alex.
Alex called E-5 and sprayed Mosquito with its sprayer. The Mosquito died and was no more.
"That was easy," said Jim.
"I know," said Farah.
"Alright, everyone," said Alex, "let's go home!"
They retired their zords and went back to base. They were happy with the results. Devo hid from King Zorrid, but King Zorrid had no intention of doing Devo harm. King Zorrid understood what happened.
