"I'm going to send down another monster," said Focar.
"Idiot!" said Devo, "do you remember what happened before when you did things without proper authority?"
"I know," said Focar, "but now, I know how to evade Queen Zebah! Trust me!"
"Remember," said Devo, "it's your head!"
"It's no problem; trust me," said Focar.
"If you say so," said Devo.
"I am sending a Cowcow," said Focar.
"What's a Cowcow?" asked Devo.
"It's like a cowboy, but the 'boy' part is a cow. It's all cow!" said Focar.
"I think that makes sense," said Devo.
"You'll understand when I create it!" said Focar.
Focar created Cowcow. He sent Cowcow down to Mariner Bay. Cowcow was hurting residents with his whip and shooting his gun in the air. People were afraid. The alarm sounded in the Command Center. They saw the monster.
"It looks like a cowboy but all cow!" said Farah, "I can't describe it!"
"Who cares?" said Alex, "let's stop it before it causes more trouble!"
"I'm here for a rootin' tootin' good time!" said Cowcow.
"We're here to stop it!" said Alex.
The rangers charged for Cowcow and Cowcow shot all of them. They all fell to the ground and got back up.
"Okay, everyone," said Alex, "blast him with your blasters!"
They all blasted Cowcow. He took a tumble.
"Ready the X-Blaster," said Alex.
They blasted him with the X-Blaster. Cowcow was incapacitated. Focar used Queen Zebah to heal and make him grow. Alex called the Chief Zord. Cowcow shot at the Chief Zord. They exchanged punches and kicks. Cowcow hit the Chief Zord with its whip. The Chief Zord stepped back. The Chief Zord used its fire ability and Cowcow fell and had a hard time getting up. The Chief Zord took its lance, powered it up, and stuck it in Cowcow. Cowcow exploded and ceased to existed. The rangers celebrated. Once again, Focar hid from Queen Zebah because he stole her staff, but this time she caught him. She blasted him and Focar was in pain.
"Don't take my wand again," said Queen Zebah, "or something worse will happen to you!"
