On Fire!

Captain Bill Mitchell was headed for a sleep after a hard days' work. He was sleeping nicely. What he did not expect is that during his sleep, Aerotrons were firing at will. One of them hit his house. His roof began to catch on fire. He did not notice it because he was sleeping. His neighbors did. They called the firefighters. At the ame time, his smoke detector sounded and Captain Mitchell got up immediately. All that Capt. Mitchell could see was smoke. He walked outside to see that his roof was on fire and that the paramedics and firefighters were not too far away from where he was. They both arrived and they saw Capt. Mitchell coughing.

"Sir?" said a paramedic, "are you okay?"

"Yeah," said Capt. Mitchell, "I got out before things became worse."

"Great!" said the paramedic, "do you feel comfortable with us checking you out?"

"I guess," said Capt. Mitchell.

They took his blood pressure and pulse. Capt. Mitchell was fine.

"I think that you will be fine," said a paramedics, "I don't know about your house, though. Is their anyone whom you can call?"

"I would like to call my daughter," said Capt. Mitchell.

They dialed the number for him.

"Hello?" answered Dana.

"Dana," said Bill, "my house burned down!"

Oh, my gosh!" said Dana, "I'll be there right away!"

Dana came to the scene. The Aerotrons were everywhere. Capt. Mitchell began to cry.

"Dad," said Dana, "you can stay with me until you get back on your feet."

"Thanks, honey," said Capt. Mitchell, "you know; we may need a Power Rangers team for this!"

"We'll worry about that later," said Dana, "right now, why don't you get some rest and we will discuss this later."

"Alright," said Capt. Mitchell.
